I came in to Absolute Bridal dead set on a specific dress that I had seen online but had never tried on. The bridal consultant suggested that I have some fun with my appointment and try on different styles and shapes just to make sure that dress was “The One”. I don't even know where to begin.... first off we could never get ahold of store had to leave Facebook messages, never got call backs or order updates. We were really concerned on order and just wanted some kind of confirmation. Then when we we finally got the tuxedos, the day before we left, and after calling several times her response was "that's just how tuxedos get ordered". Which is weird because the sizes ordered are entirely wrong and will need major alterations I actually don't know how they come up with these sizes ... read more
I just bought my wedding dress from here. They did all the alterations for a good price, very helpful and attentive. Very good selection of dresses! If I could put 6/5 stars, I would. We had an amazing time! Our consultant, Elizabeth was AMAZING from the second we walked in the doors. She was understanding and very helpful, trying to pull what she thought would look best on my larger frame. She made me feel so comfortable with the way I looked in dresses and was so helpful when we were purchasing. 10 out of 10 would (and have) recommend to everyone I know.
They are the best! Made it such an easy and wonderful experience and the dresses were amazing! Only thing is if you’re on a tight budget, this may not be the place for you. But they do have a discount section where you can buy off the rack. Definitely would recommend.
