We share our building with High Side Bar & Grill so we’ve got all the essential pre and post ride necessities, parking, and bathrooms. We are open 7 days a week year-round.

Fantastic shop - everyone made us feel super welcome. Great selection, great ride advice, and It’s the first bike shop my wife has ever visited where she had an opportunity to demo different bikes in XS size.
I was passing through Salida today on my way to The Crippler and stopped for lunch. I saw some cyclists and asked where the best shop in town was. They pointed me to Absolute and I'm glad they did. I had some noise coming from my cassette body after some dirty rides in AZ and they quickly took it apart, cleaned and oiled it so I could race tomorrow! Thanks guys ���
This is a great bike shop! I had a brake problem while visiting the area and they were able to get my bike in and fixed in a few hours - not what I would expect on a busy holiday weekend. The people there are awesome and very friendly. I will definitely be back to see them when I am back in Salida.
Great Shop full of Great People!!!! Rented a Pivot 429 Trail and ended up buying one and having it shipped home. Loved looking at all the old bikes on display and conversations with the staff. I always stop in to say "Hello" when I am in town.
Experience was perfect... polite and pleasant. The owner shared info about the trails and made suggestions. Highly recommended!
