Abosolute Best Air installed a new central heat & air unit for us. Employees were curtious, clean, knowlegable, explained how to use the thermostat and answered all the questions we had. We will recommend them to everyone and will continue to call them for any needs in the future.
Billy and Joey are AMAZING... They were prompt and thorough. They stayed on to insure the problem was accurate to order the correct part needed. What dedication...what precipitance! Even I wanted to give up! I will definitely use them again.

I had used another company from McDonough for years but decided to give ABS a shot. The ywer professional, kept me informed of what they were doing. Advised me of what the fix was,. Fixed the problem and gave me advise to prevent this from happening again. Excellent company. Oh, they also give military discount! :)
I spoke with David in the morning to request an appointment (I had already convinced myself that I would need a new unit). He scheduled for 3pm that afternoon. When I saw the ridiculous thunderstorm that came through that afternoon, I just knew he wouldn't come out. He called at 2pm to say he would actually be early. He showed up early and went to work - out in the rain, down to the basement, back and forth. He did not stop until he figured out what the issue was and guess what?
