I just wanted to say how impressed I was that they would take 20 minutes out of their busy day to walk me through the symptoms my vehicle was showing and to advise me against getting 5k worth of work done that I thought I needed. It is hard to find honorable mechanics, and I will bring these guys my future business.

I was looking to buy a new car after mine got totaled by a deer. My normal mechanic was several days out so I found Absolute and took it there for a pre purchase inspection. Im glad I did the car dealer told me it was in a minor accident but Absolute showed me pics that it was a sloppy repair job left a hole for water to get inside plus they didnt put on the right bumper for that year car had to screw it in place had adjust the rear hatch catch cause it didn't line up and the rear sensors would go off because they were back ... read more

Russ & Austin are the best! They are so helpful and thorough with explaining things. When I took my car into other shops, they wanted to charge an arm and a leg and replace parts that weren’t necessary when Russ & Austin were able to identify the actual problem which cost me way less and fixed the problem. This will definitely be my new go to shop! I appreciate how knowledgeable and honest they are. Would definitely recommend!

I took my Toyota Tundra to Absolute due to a wiring issue with the seat heater. The mechanic identified that the problem was a failure in a plug. Unfortunately, the OEM did not have the part available for replacement. However, the mechanic was able to repair it and improve it beyond the original part's quality. They communicated with me at every step of the process and returned my vehicle quickly.
