This company is horrible. They charged me money for my device and then sat on it for two months before suddenly cancelling the order. They also falsely claimed the product has been discontinued despite that being easily disprovable (its available all over the place, but they had a good price and were Canadian). They have horrible customer service where they don't communicate, don't offer alternative solutions, nor do they take responsibility for the inconvenience they caused. Sourced some Secolarm branded product from them. Same price or better than online sellers. Easy to deal with and great customer service.

Absolute Automation has been great to me. They have helped me sort through technical issues and the warranty replaced my product even though it was past the period (by a really short time). I will use them again and would recommend them.

Hi Zachariah I just wanted to thank you for staying with my problem with The Spot Protect Wifi Sensor. Your guidance and patience was greatly appreciated. I know from my own technical support experience that it is hard to pinpoint a trouble when there is a "third party" software involved. You went back to the software team and you had them update the software on the web. The turn around time was responsible.
