I have been using Steve for over ten years, along with everyone else in my family. The running joke in my family is how Steve is "too honest." By example, I took my car in and told him to put new brake pads on all four wheels - he called me an hour later and told me the rear breaks could go another 10,000 miles if I wanted to save the money.
