The client has been updated. He threatened to keep putting bad reviews about my company until the issue was resolved. He literally called Saturday night march 27th and we were closed Sunday. I plan on going back out on Monday to figure out what's going on. I did a thorough diagnosis of the machine. I've checked everything and found the thermostat was reading resistance that showed it was failing. Installed the parts and literally haven't even been given a chance to go out.

They were very understanding and I do apologize for the delay. We normally were operating with someone that would answer the phones and take care of sending checks out while we did the work. Currently I'm answering the phones and doing the work so when I was positive for covid, I had it really bad. 104 fever, blisters in my throat and difficulty breathing. Everyone in my home caught it. I was out from work for almost two months. We were on the verge of losing the business and having to close down. I explained our circumstances and have every intention of sending the check out. Within the next week. I've been fighting to get back on track and am finally seeing light at the end of a dark tunnel. We appreciate how understanding you have been and wish none of this happened. We will be giving your refund. I thank that there are people out there like your family that give businesses like my own a chance. We didnt want to return back to work until we were all negative, never would ever put another family in jeporady. Sorry and God Bless!

This client lives literally 5 minutes away from me so first visit out I charged them half a service charge to be nice. Did a thorough diagnosis. This is a basic freezer on top, fridge on the bottom unit. It was leaking, I seen where they were saying it was leaking but it was not doing it when I was there. I searched all over for where it was coming from, being that they had no water line or icemaker hookup it could have been, condensation build up from air getting into the freezer or fridge and dripping, a drain clog and water leaking over when in defrost or a cracked drain. I came back a second time after drying any condensation and found a rip in the refrigerator door gasket, only charged them for the cost of the refrigerator door gasket, literally at my cost no money added on top or anything I didn’t even charge them labor. I was just being a nice guy. So when they say they spent $200 they spent $50 instead of $120 and paid $125 for the gasket. Paid $175 for a refrigerator repair lol Unheard of. Any other place would have charged them $385 and would of had the same trouble I had. I installed the gasket for the fridge since it had a rip, confident that was the cause of the leaking since air from the outside was going inside the fridge and building up condensation causing a leak, remember it’s the only thing I found wrong with the fridge and every time I went there it was not leaking. I did do them a favor and they were just completely miserable. Sometimes and this is just common sense when you don’t see anything happening it takes a few visits to pin point it and in this case I found a rip in the gasket. I’m the idiot for replacing a broken part that was highly likely the cause or at the very least causing the refrigerator to constantly run because the fridge couldn’t stay at temp. It’s always the ones you try to be a good person for that always come back to try and hurt you in the end. It’s so weird. Meanwhile BBB in their eyes the customer is always right. By the way this client I told them free of charge even then I told them I’d come back and see what the next step could be to narrow down the issue. With no visual leak to go by it takes a little bit of process of elimination. They gave me no chance. The elderly man and woman who lived there were very nice I’m assuming this was the younger woman and man that lived there to that were the ones that thought they knew what was best. Which they didn’t.

This client completely lied, Her husband took apart the refrigerator and in the process made issues worse. The refrigerator needed two parts. I fixed one of the issues since I had the part to repair the compressor by using a 3 in 1 start device. We were waiting on the evaporator fan motor which went on back order and the client was informed. In the mean time waiting to get the part the client had 5 different people to try and sabotage my ranking leave false bad reviews. I'm a respectful business owner and will always do my best and always keep clients updated on everything. My customers know and would back me up when I say with every client I go out of my way above and beyond to not only fix an appliance but do extra. My prices are the most competitive, and are below all appliance repair businesses in the area. I believe in giving my customers affordable and excellent service. This customer was not cancelled on four times, we would never and I swear to this would never, ever, be disrespectful to any one of our customers. You can go through tons of reviews on my company and you'll see the great things clients have to say about us. Verified clients. It hurts when I put everything into my work and still there are people like this woman that would stop it nothing to go out of there way and lie and cheat to try to hurt a family owned, local business that is just trying to provide for their family. I may have been more professional to write something like "sorry your unhappy how can we make your experience better". I can not say something like that when they have lied and in a sneaky way used multiple people to leave bad reviews. I'm very lucky Google flagged their lies , noticed it and removed there multiple lies by using their friends and family with different accounts to leave bad reviews. Thank you Google for being efficient.
