Horrible, unreliable. Work never completed. Deposit never paid, despite claim that check is in the mail. Still no refund received. Repeatedly ignoring text messages.

Louie is a very experienced and considerate young man. We had few days wait for the part to come in for our washer. He ended up going to retrieve the part himself as the shipping was delayed. The washer was repaired promptly and he was very respectful with explaining the problem, solution and warranty. It seems as though people have no patience for real world pot holes that we ALL experience. Supporting local businesses entails more than hiring. Let's give a little bit of grace as they struggle to find help while learning more about the business end each day. Remember a time when you were given the benefit of the doubt? Instead of immediate frustration / anger, can we not give constructive input?

Great service. We had our washer break down. Lou was able to get us in quickly and repaired in a very reasonable amount of time. Very knowledgeable, honest, explained everything he found and needed to do for the repair. Thanks again Lou. We will use this company for all our appliances.

With all understanding that Covid is affecting maybe people and businesses I will say it was frustrating to work with this company. It took a long time to hear back about a part that needed to be ordered and o understand that shipping is taking a while but it still seemed long. Finally when we get get a reply there was one rescheduling the day of the appointment, two completely no shows for an appointment and the appoint they did show up for was 3 hours late. I understand it m this company might be running with a fee people but to ask someone to be home on a 4 hour window 3 times in a week and not even bother to tell you that they aren't coming two of those times is just plain neglect. To put icing on the cake after it was "fixed" the dryer does still not work. I will continue to post reviews anywhere I can until the problem is fixed like I paid for or I get a refund.

The client has been updated. He threatened to keep putting bad reviews about my company until the issue was resolved. He literally called Saturday night march 27th and we were closed Sunday. I plan on going back out on Monday to figure out what's going on. I did a thorough diagnosis of the machine. I've checked everything and found the thermostat was reading resistance that showed it was failing. Installed the parts and literally haven't even been given a chance to go out.

We called Absolute Appliance to come out and take a look at a leaking dishwasher. This was on December 5, 2020. Louie, came out and quoted a price of $570.00. We agreed to the price and gave him the 50% deposit that was required ($285.00). At that time, he said he needed to order the part, which would take approximately one week to come in. The holidays came and went and no word. We called and were told that the whole family had covid, which put them behind. Of course we all can understand that. We wished the well, and asked that they let us know when they will be up and running to speed. My husband called several time, leaving numerous messages, which went unanswered. So that brings us to February. Calls and messages still aren't being responded to. At this point, I took it upon myself to call the office just to see if they were open. I got the answering machine and left a message just leaving my first name and stating that I needed some work done. Well the very next morning, I got a call back from the office. I told her who I was and that I already have an order in and I need to know the status. She said she had to look into it and would call me back. No call back to this day. So I go on their website, hit the contact button, fill in all of the required information, with who I am, and how do I go about getting a refund. We are two months in at this point. Shortly after that, Louie contacted my husband with apologies, and said they are up and running but not up to speed. We get that and understand how devastating covid is, but at this point it's been two months and we both agreed to part ways. No hurt feelings. So we waiting for a check to arrive. SURPRISE, no check. Near the end of February, my husband called once again and was told that the check was sent the previous Friday.We waited and waited and waited, still no check. So hear we are in March, STILL NO CHECK with a leaking dishwasher. Buyer beware!

They were very understanding and I do apologize for the delay. We normally were operating with someone that would answer the phones and take care of sending checks out while we did the work. Currently I'm answering the phones and doing the work so when I was positive for covid, I had it really bad. 104 fever, blisters in my throat and difficulty breathing. Everyone in my home caught it. I was out from work for almost two months. We were on the verge of losing the business and having to close down. I explained our circumstances and have every intention of sending the check out. Within the next week. I've been fighting to get back on track and am finally seeing light at the end of a dark tunnel. We appreciate how understanding you have been and wish none of this happened. We will be giving your refund. I thank that there are people out there like your family that give businesses like my own a chance. We didnt want to return back to work until we were all negative, never would ever put another family in jeporady. Sorry and God Bless!

After 3 weeks and $230 I still have a refrigerator that leaks. After complaining about it, I was told that they were cutting us a break and doing us a favor. Sorry, I will not use this company again .

This client lives literally 5 minutes away from me so first visit out I charged them half a service charge to be nice. Did a thorough diagnosis. This is a basic freezer on top, fridge on the bottom unit. It was leaking, I seen where they were saying it was leaking but it was not doing it when I was there. I searched all over for where it was coming from, being that they had no water line or icemaker hookup it could have been, condensation build up from air getting into the freezer or fridge and dripping, a drain clog and water leaking over when in defrost or a cracked drain. I came back a second time after drying any condensation and found a rip in the refrigerator door gasket, only charged them for the cost of the refrigerator door gasket, literally at my cost no money added on top or anything I didn’t even charge them labor. I was just being a nice guy. So when they say they spent $200 they spent $50 instead of $120 and paid $125 for the gasket. Paid $175 for a refrigerator repair lol Unheard of. Any other place would have charged them $385 and would of had the same trouble I had. I installed the gasket for the fridge since it had a rip, confident that was the cause of the leaking since air from the outside was going inside the fridge and building up condensation causing a leak, remember it’s the only thing I found wrong with the fridge and every time I went there it was not leaking. I did do them a favor and they were just completely miserable. Sometimes and this is just common sense when you don’t see anything happening it takes a few visits to pin point it and in this case I found a rip in the gasket. I’m the idiot for replacing a broken part that was highly likely the cause or at the very least causing the refrigerator to constantly run because the fridge couldn’t stay at temp. It’s always the ones you try to be a good person for that always come back to try and hurt you in the end. It’s so weird. Meanwhile BBB in their eyes the customer is always right. By the way this client I told them free of charge even then I told them I’d come back and see what the next step could be to narrow down the issue. With no visual leak to go by it takes a little bit of process of elimination. They gave me no chance. The elderly man and woman who lived there were very nice I’m assuming this was the younger woman and man that lived there to that were the ones that thought they knew what was best. Which they didn’t.

Louie was great he came out and did a super quick job troubleshooting the problem with my oven, albeit it’s an old oven. He was able to procure the parts within a reasonable amount of time considering the oven was invented when Fred Flintstone was alive. He then came out and fixed the part in a rapid manner and explained everything after he was completed. I believe his services are integral because I’m not one of those let me go and buy something if it’s broke people plus in this time no one really has money for that sort of thing.

Unreliable & unprofessional!!! Wish it was possible to give a zero star review because that’s what this place deserves! The absolute WORST customer service. We first had them come fix our fridge on a Friday, they said they would be back with the part Monday. Waited around all day Monday, they never came. They never even had the decency to call us and let us know they weren’t coming. We called them (after many tries to get through) and they told us Wednesday now instead between 8-10 am. Same thing happened Wednesday, when they told us again they would be here. After waiting around all morning, they said nevermind, it will be here in the afternoon instead. So we waited around all day Wednesday, just for them to tell us they were canceling on us Wednesday too. They then told us Friday. THEN we waited around all morning Friday just for them to call and say they weren’t coming. They played games for a whole week and weren’t honest or respectful. They cost us $200+ dollars in food because they couldn’t have the decency to come when they promised. They say “we can’t control when a part comes in” which I understand. But don’t keep playing games and telling us you will be here then not show. We were cancelled on FOUR TIMES, which is completely unacceptable. This place has been nothing but a headache, they are disrespectful, unorganized, and nothing but a waste of time and money. I regret relying on these people, don’t make the same mistake.

This client completely lied, Her husband took apart the refrigerator and in the process made issues worse. The refrigerator needed two parts. I fixed one of the issues since I had the part to repair the compressor by using a 3 in 1 start device. We were waiting on the evaporator fan motor which went on back order and the client was informed. In the mean time waiting to get the part the client had 5 different people to try and sabotage my ranking leave false bad reviews. I'm a respectful business owner and will always do my best and always keep clients updated on everything. My customers know and would back me up when I say with every client I go out of my way above and beyond to not only fix an appliance but do extra. My prices are the most competitive, and are below all appliance repair businesses in the area. I believe in giving my customers affordable and excellent service. This customer was not cancelled on four times, we would never and I swear to this would never, ever, be disrespectful to any one of our customers. You can go through tons of reviews on my company and you'll see the great things clients have to say about us. Verified clients. It hurts when I put everything into my work and still there are people like this woman that would stop it nothing to go out of there way and lie and cheat to try to hurt a family owned, local business that is just trying to provide for their family. I may have been more professional to write something like "sorry your unhappy how can we make your experience better". I can not say something like that when they have lied and in a sneaky way used multiple people to leave bad reviews. I'm very lucky Google flagged their lies , noticed it and removed there multiple lies by using their friends and family with different accounts to leave bad reviews. Thank you Google for being efficient.
