These guys are amazing! Our air died on Sunday night. I called Duke Monday morning and they squeezed us in by 1pm. We were up and running with a temporary fix, until our parts come in. They never let us down.
Anthony, our service tech was fantastic to deal with. The company stayed in touch with me from as soon as they were assigned the job to letting me know it was completed. There were some complications, but I was kept up to date until my AC was up and running and I'm absolutely pleased with Absolute.
Your guy came over and was really nice. He said I need a valve replaced and would check to see if Duke would Approve. Then he told me Duke would only pay $10 per pound of refrigerant and that Absolute charges $125 per pound. As I said in my prior post. You are filthy thieves and I will tell every single person I know!
My fairly new, high-end HVAC system was installed by another company and has been plaqued with problems from system failures to ductwork leaks that caused my garage ceiling to cave in from the accumulation of water. Absolute Air Conditioning and Heating has demonstrated an excellent level of professionalism and technical expertise in diagnosing and addressing the system's problems and I finally believe my system is in good, honest hands!!! I highly recommend this company.
