I’m sharing my experience so far and will update this review once the issue is fully resolved. The installation process itself went smoothly: scheduling the estimate and installation was easy and straightforward. However, after the unit was installed, I discovered a serious problem: the heating elements were running at the same time as the AC. I called at 1:30pm, the technician arrived by 2:45pm and he had the problem diagnosed and fixed by 3:30pm. Amazing! The technician provided pictures of the system, highlighting the problem areas, and he also gave me helpful feedback and suggestions regarding the status of our HVAC system. Great service.
Outstanding customer service. They were punctual and did an excellent job answering my questions and explaining what my system needed in order to keep it running efficiently. Highly recommended.

Anthony, our service tech was fantastic to deal with. The company stayed in touch with me from as soon as they were assigned the job to letting me know it was completed. There were some complications, but I was kept up to date until my AC was up and running and I'm absolutely pleased with Absolute.
