they were very quick to respond to my request. The tech was knowledgable and pleasant. He took the time to explain to me the type of HVAC system I have and was very thorough.
I have a home warranty with First American and my HVAC was making odd sounds and a burning smell. First American sent the job to AAA Absolute and frankly - never heard of them so was not sure what to expect. Well, they were early — imagine that. Great start. Carla and her staff went above and beyond, trying to help me deal with my home warranty company. Long story short, I ended up hiring AAA myself because of the excellent service I received when fighting with my home warranty to cover my claim.
