Absolute air authority in medford, oregon has been very helpful. Having a warranty policy has not been very helpful, but they have been great. Gone out of their way to help me get it solved to get my service. I truly do appreciate these people. And I will use them again, great people
Brian got us a very good deal on a heat pump. He also called (and emailed) to let us know he was running a bit late on installation day. There was no mess left behind. We'd heard they were good, and they are.
My original HVAC was installed by one of the more prominent companies in the area, but after discovering they upsold me a couple of times for things I didn’t need, I decided to go with a smaller company I felt I could trust to replace my system. AAA Absolute Air Authority were super responsive, knowledgeable and fairly priced. They got me just what my home needed without trying to upsell me and they got it done quickly.
AAA saved me!! almost 2 years ago they replaced my furnace with home warranty and last night the blower gave out. Seeing my furnace has a 10 year parts warranty I opted to call AAA instead of my home warranty company because I've not had great experience with Fidelity as of late. I would have likely spent more with them and waited a lot longer. My call to AAA was after hours and amazing Brian called me back within 15-20 mins of leaving a voicemail on their company main line.
