AAA was sent by my home warranty company, Select Home Warranty, to inspect my AC when it stopped cooling. The technician was in and out quickly, claimed there was an unrepairable freon leak, and said he’d send his report to the warranty company. He never used any leak detection tools, didn’t test system pressures, didn’t do a dye or bubble test, and never opened the unit there were no visible signs of a leak at all. I have had absolute air authority come out and service my HVAC system multiple times over the course of owning my home and I recently had absolute air authority install a new furnace and AC units. I personally know a little bit about HVAC systems and each time absolute air authority has come out. The serviceman has shown and explained to me in terms that I understand what was going on with the system and why a specific repair was needed. I would highly recommend absolute air authority for anyone in the valley.

The technician arrived on time and was quick to diagnose the problem with my A/C. It only took him 5 mins to replace the part needed and my A/C was working again. However, wait time for appt was 6 days, which is too long when temps are in the high 90’s and you have lung issues.

Brian is my HVAC guy for LIFE!!! AAA Absolute Air Authority from the beginning to the end took care of our needs. From my first contact with Laura who answered the phone, scheduled our appointments and of course Brian who took it from there.
