The technician arrived on time and was quick to diagnose the problem with my A/C. It only took him 5 mins to replace the part needed and my A/C was working again. However, wait time for appt was 6 days, which is too long when temps are in the high 90’s and you have lung issues.
Brian is my HVAC guy for LIFE!!! AAA Absolute Air Authority from the beginning to the end took care of our needs. From my first contact with Laura who answered the phone, scheduled our appointments and of course Brian who took it from there. My husband Johnny and I recommend this company and their staff....100 per cent!!!! Thank you for everything.

Absolute air authority in medford, oregon has been very helpful. Having a warranty policy has not been very helpful, but they have been great. Gone out of their way to help me get it solved to get my service. I truly do appreciate these people. And I will use them again, great people
Brian got us a very good deal on a heat pump. He also called (and emailed) to let us know he was running a bit late on installation day. There was no mess left behind. We'd heard they were good, and they are.
