An excellent experience. The technician that came over, Sawyer, was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. After this, I absolutely recommend doing the annual checkup on your air conditioning and heating systems. All the little adjustments and cleanings were done along the way at no additional charge. While doing the check up, he found a simple, stupid mistake that was made by a prior service person that may have been seriously undermining our ability to cool our home. Dave Marsh is the most honest trades guy you will meet. He came out to do a simple inspection on my 29 year old system. Not only did he show me everything he found, but he was totally honest in telling me how I could make it last a little longer if I couldn't afford to replace the entire system right now.
