Why say NO when it feels so good to say YES! I called for a quote. The lady on the phone had such a soft, soothing voice...the same type of comforting that if you snapped your leg in half and an angel appeared. The kind of voice that let's you know it is going to be okay. Their representative, Matthew, showed up promptly as if by magic. He was friendly, informative, and knowledgeable. I am thankful to have a quality company in our community...why say NO when it feels so good to say YES! #Tommyboy

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I had a tech come out to service our units today and was told we needed a new furnace as it was “operating at 50%”. When the “project manager”, Jaron, came to measure and give a quote, we were told our unit was at its limit and needed replaced and could potentially become dangerous. He also told us that in 3 days the manufacturers are raising pricing 6-10%, so we felt very encouraged to get a new furnace today. We were quoted $6,700. Associated with Lowe’s, available next day service, Technician Adams is very professional and knowledgeable! He is thorough and has done a good job here. The quote for service for needed repair is on the high side, but now a days everything is expensive so I don’t blame them. Overall I am happy with their service! Service 2 AC and heating system took about 2 hours.
