Chris Brown the tech was super!! Very attentive, knowledgeable and great follow through.
I can’t express how disappointed I am in this company. They charged $1400 for a new part that didn’t fix the issue that I had after they told me it needed replaced. It’s now been three weeks since the issues started and they have sent a technician out five times and I’m still having the same problems and some.
