I signed up for a furnace tuneup at Home Depot since our house was built in 1999. We had owned the house for 7+ years and felt we should have it checked. As it turned out the furnace was 29 years old and showing wear. After comparing repair vs replacement, we opted for replacement since we were unsure how long the existing furnace would last. Miguel and Jaron were very professional and they recommended a unit that better fit the size of our home. Very pleased with the personnel we interacted with.
The tech did a thorough check of my hearing system and explained everything he found. He showed me photos and the electrical measurements. There were a couple of recommendations to keep my system running well for many more years.
Brandon was amazing, he fixed it right up and we are good to go.
