Would give 0 stars if it was an option - Absolute was great to initially deal with and then after we paid a deposit never heard back. I don’t even care about the painting, just want the $1300 deposit back so I can hire someone else and move on. I’ll take this post down if I ever hear back, but after a few months of no response, I won’t count on it. DO NOT HIRE!
Christopher did a great job repainting the exterior of our wooden house. I would definitely use him again.
Summary: Highly skilled and capable of doing great work but often cut corners. Poor communication. Took 4 times longer than estimated to complete job. Failed to appropriately cover floors, appliances, and counters. Hired to prep and paint a space about 1200 sqft. Primarily communicated with Chris through out the process. Absolute F and a waste of time. The estimator did not show up at the scheduled time and did not call to reschedule or tell me he would be running late. I waited an hour before calling the office and had to leave a voicemail during normal business hours. Tried calling again 30 minutes later and still no answer. This is extremely unprofessional and lazy. Not a great first impression.
