The service dept is a joke. From the start the service people in front are rude and think it is funny to laugh at people when they lie about how long your truck has been sitting there. Also with them lying on the tech notes to try to get the warranty company to void the warranty. The one guy wanted to smirk and laugh at me when he saw I was upset that they held my truck over night for a process that should have only taken 2 hours MAX, but it took them over 10 hours to get it done.
