These parts people have no clue what they are talking about. I called looking for a bolt, a 1" x10 unc gr8 axle bolt. They said they need a part number and that the price on bolts varies. The guy on the first call went to find it. My conversation up to that point left me with 0 confidence these people knew anything about their parts. Needing a bolt for the axle mount on a Saturday is an emergency item. These guys did not have it. So I hung up. They called back and the next guy had no clue either.
