Had a unit in my custom rig less than 500 miles on it, blew up while attempting to stop, just managed to avoid an accident. Sent unit back requesting a refund..Ed stated a store credit...what for another piece of junk....numerous phone calls & couple of emails requesting refund..not one return contact from them...Just left their shop after coming down from Napa with a face to face with Ed..flat refusal of a refund,...stated out of warranty ( in rig less than a year) so now they have my $1,385.00 & the unit...I'm going to sta... read more
This is one of the company that I will never deal with again. We are Edge Brothers Machine Service In North Carolina, one of the most respected machine in the area. Their product is ok but their customer Service is lousy. Very rude and hard to deal wiit. We should do everything possible to make sure this type of business does not take away from business that will help. Wilwood brakes is one company that has outstanding service and products.
About to start on a 79 Ford Thunderbird. Planning on using you guys to upgrade the hole braking system big car needs bigger brakes .
