Cancelled my kids appointment 1 week before they were supposed to go because they just found out they weren’t accepting medicaid. I waited a year for this appointment. My kids were on a 18 month waitlist. I get so close and they didn’t even try to work with me to see if I had any other insurance. Just cancelled their appointments and that was it. Im so upset.
They have lost their great RBTs. Constantly switching staff on my son which had him unregulated and unsure of who he can turn to. when his behaviors started to get worse because of their inconsistencies he was punished and discharged. Not to mention he had two head injuries in a week one that required staples in his head. Felt like they set his treatment plans up to have him fail. Really wish I knew where his RBT Kay went she cared about her kids. She even cried when she left him for a new facility.
