I am a first time home buyer, and Alden Summerlin was the home inspector our realty agent recommended. Upon meeting him he handed me his contract, and as I was reading it, I had some questions for him. He did not like that I was asking him questions and stated "I'm not doing the inspection, because no matter what I do, you will find something wrong."
