I purchased a bed, one of the pieces is broken. I emailed them regarding the refund process, received one reply saying would I like them to send a replacement piece. I said no , I would like a refund. Since then I have received no communication from them, so I am now stuck with a bed I don't want. They have ignored 10 emails I have sent. Not a legitimate company!
