Yards are trash, house is cheap. Only good thing about this place is that it’s close to the school. DR Horton is a money grab!

As a resident in the neighborhood beside them, it has been terrible. After many complaints, and asking for their help with safety issues. Absolutely nothing has been done. Their contractors, along with everyone else, speed through our neighborhood with no concern for the safety of our children or people who may be walking in the neighborhood. Safety isn't a big concern. Maybe that should be considered. Just my perspective.
Awesome company and Wonderful people to work with. Making my first home buying experience a memorable one.
