Had an appointment at 330pm. I arrived at 300pm we still had not be seen by 522pm. If your customers are elderly you should not have your patients wait that long.
My visit was amazing everyone very help and very attentive thank y’all
I got to say I spend 2 nights with my mom on the 5th floor. The staff that looked after her were wonderful. THANK YOU, for your kindness and empathy. Unfortunately there was a very rude nurse in the ER. I was in a hurry and didn't get his name. Yes Tuesday night guy with glasses and a beard . If you read this have compassion for people that come to see their love ones and don't be rude communications should be a priority.
