Been here for a couple of years now and absolutely love it. The manager is on top of things and very respectful. Apartments are well kept and beautifully modern on the inside. I couldn't imagine a better place in IV!
Within walking distance to UCSB, this complex is ideal for many reasons. The apartment manger Uzi is the best thing about Abrego Villas. He is accessible and always striving to make the place prettier, safer and an overall positive experience/community for the residents. As a parent of a young student who has lived here for over 2 years now, I 100% recommend. It's a nice little community with well maintained units, and great parking.

My roommates and I loved our time at Abrego Villas! The buildings were clean, modern, and well-kept. The complex felt safe and friendly, we really enjoyed the proximity to the beach and beautiful walking trails around Elwood Bluffs. The new manager is very communicative and helpful. He always answered any questions quickly and treated us with respect. We absolutely loved living here!
