If I could give it less then a star I would sat in a room for about 5 hrs with my shoulder popped out in terrible pain never got as much as a Tylenol for it the dr had horrible bedside manner dr told me at 6:30 oh it’s shift change it’ll take us a min to get back in here to get that back in place didn’t show back up until close to 10 pm never got anything for pain even thought my blood pressure was in the 200s from the pain just sat there holding back tears and biting my lip avoid at all cost please even if you live close ma... read more

I had spend two day Abrazo West Campus. I came in there with high sugar count poor liver function. Out 2days I was there I only saw one doctor for less than 5 minutes on my liver no other doctors for my high Diabetes came check on me. When in Er they had code red witch means guy with gun in hospital when came locking down room young lady told me if she know I was in ER she not lock down room hope I was first person that would be shot if they came in room . Would not even give this place 1 star. I have had 4 different experiences with them with 2 of my sons and the care they received was horrible! My son had two broken legs and layed in a hospital bed in the ER hallway for 10 hours, he had to urinate in a bottle in front of anyone that walked by. Clearly there is no HIPPA at this hospital. The did absolutely nothing for him and would not document medical necessity for him to be transported back home. This place is worthless!!!!

The worst hospital ever. I was taken by ambulance 7 days ago for extreme abdominal pain and vomiting. Upon arriving I was told to shut up, and handed a dirty vomit bucket. I then was refused a bed and sat in a chair for 5 hours with the nurses being extremely rude. No pillow,water, or ice. I eventually left and went to banner. DO NOT GO HERE!!! The most unprofessional nurses I’ve ever met in my entire life.

Congratulations you receive the worst hospital reward! My wife came into this hospital emergency room where she waited to see the doctor. The care that she received at this place was none. She laid in the hospital bed with no information as to what we were waiting for. She was given lots of jello and ameneties from the kitchen. We updated the emergency contact list and awaited for the doctor. The next day came around with no word from my wife and her phone no longer working even when given a battery pack and charger before... read more
