They got me in the office, x rays, and results same day. The whole office is very professional, friendly, and efficient. If I ever need orthopedic this will be my office with Dr. Ratliff.
The 1st visit with Dr. Hansen was encouraging. After listening intently, he diagnosed one of the major complaints as a Psoas issue. His staff set me up with physical therapy with ATI. Having been to physical therapists in the past, I can tell you that ATI is, in my opinion, the worst of the worst. Despite emphasizing that my psoas needed the attention, the exercises he put me through inflamed it so much that I was on crutches the next day after every session. The doctor is great. But when I had to come to this location for the first time, the map provided by the office in the appointment had me walking around the giant parking lot in circles. There is two three - story buildings, Building A and B, that share the same address is this huge medical complex with like 15 buildings. The appointment did not tell me which building and the ortho office was not listed in the directories for either. All of the office staff at this location are wonderful! Ana and Dr Ratliff in particular always go out of their way to spend time talking with me when I am anxious about recovery processes and do their very best to help and listen to me. When you are at this office you will feel taken care of and be treated with friendliness and respect (:
