I'm giving 2 stars simply because I liked the front desk associates and I don't have any issues with them or the nurses I saw. I saw Dr Ratliff in November for some knee pain I assumed was brought on by me starting a running program. I'd been regularly active for a few years so I thought I had runners knee or a ligament tear or something. He took an xray and told me he saw no arthritis and essentially prescribed Aleve and low impact exercises like wall sits. I never saw the xray, but I took him at his word. Simply amazing Dr Copoloff and his staff are amazing. I'm always in and out with in 20 minutes they take me back right on time. Love that I don't have to wait for ever in the waiting room. Super pleased would definitely recommend this office. Vanessa Velasco
Went to this hospital this month With severe ankle pain , burning sensation and can’t walk on both of my feet X ray n ultra sound showed nothing I asked for a MRI because I can’t walk n something obviously wrong They said no And wanting to put me on a Psych Hold. Yesterday I found out w a mri that I have torn my Achilles tendon Doctors with lack of knowledge, care or concern here and obviously are only concerned about a paycheck
I cannot recommend Dr. Eduardo Salazar enough. I originally had my knee operated on twice to repair ACL and meniscus tears over 30 years ago. I’m 46 now and have waited a while to get this knee fixed. I was very cautious and worried about who would be operating on a knee that was already operated on twice. Dr. Salazar called some physicians that have worked with major league basketball teams and minor league, sports teams, and other professionals in the industry for their recommendations on my knee surgery.
