my mom is on a budget and needed a procedure and they refused to work with her budget at all. now shes at risk of habing a heart attack. she called all day in the days before her procedure to work something out and find out if it was still a go. at 730pm the night before she got a call stating she still needed to come in. after a 30 min drive there she was turned away by a VERY rude lady whom again refused to offer any help. we are in covid-19 times and lots have lost their jobs and yet they offered no financial assistance? ... read more

Apparently hospitals can hold you against your will!! If you go in with a sore knee they can say 'your heart rate is too high, we can't let you go with it that high!' Then they can work on your heart without your permission, and keep you there with threats of death, and you leaving "against doctors orders" so you will have to pay the bill yourself. They don't literally confine you or handcuff you, but they can lie to you, coerce you, and run up your bill with needless tests and doctor visits you didn't ask for, till it makes... read more

As a former Abrazo ED nurse I was not impressed. Smoke breaks in the parking lot. prescriptions for meds the doctor was told were not working. no call light. no one checked on my daughter for 40 minutes. What happened to being professional...
RecommendedThis is a wonderful facility with such dedicated people around every corner. They were dedicated to saving my life from the moment I walked in the door. They then pushed me to recover, and recover fast. For eight days I felt as though I was the only patient in the hospital, whether it was the ER, Cath Lab, 3rd Floor Nursing, Food Service, the Hospitalists, Surgery, Respiratory Therapy, Physical Therapy, Radiology, the Laboratory or ICU. These are phenomenal people and I'm so grateful to each and every one of them.
