HORRIBLE!!!! My dad got surgery here the other day, he has a 4 night stay and my mom has had to supervise the nurses every second basically. My father was first put into a room and never told my family so he was just in a room with no one there for hours. His IV bag was empty. The nurses then proceeded to ask my dad (a cancer patient) “what pain medication do you want?” THIS IS CRAZY, what are nurses paid for if they don’t even know medicine to give patients!? I was at this hospital for 2 days nobody ever came to my room to check on me I have to say this is the worse hospital I have ever been to the nurses are no where to be found they don't answer when you push the call button never offer me water nothing when ask when I was going to have surgery they told me I don't know in fact they didn't even put a wrist band on me until this morning and I got there yesterday at 12noon n no wrist band until this morning at 9am by far the worse hospital I have ever been to so bad I left withou... read more
I regret coming here. Go somewhere else even if this is closer/more convenient.
DO NOT go to this ER if you are in pain!!! Go to the next ER!! You where warned. This place is basically just pretending to be a ER.
Mom had a stroke. ER helped her & she was checked in. When discharged she was told to pick 2 medications up ar Rx. Pharmacy claimed they had no order from Abrazo, 3x. So we called hospital, we we on hold for 1 hour 25 minutes. We wwnt back to ER & were told a supervisor would be right down. Waited 45 minutes. Never did come.
