My husband who is diabetic ran out of meds and they would not call the refill in even after speaking with Dr. Garcia. They don’t care about patients here! If they did, they would give him the medication he needs in a timely manner. He is losing his sight because they have not done what needs to be done to treat his sickness.
Terrible service from office staff. Noone doing much other than sitting around laughing. Office manager only offers hand full of excuses rather than solutions. Whole dept needs training and supervision. Office lacks accountability and needs hippa privacy training.
these people dont care, if your in your casket, they throw more dirt to bury you. if you come here, you planning your own funeral
after 7 years I had to switch doctors because of my blood test results were never sent. The new management is not worth the effort. very disappointed that I have to find another doctor care.
