My husband who is diabetic ran out of meds and they would not call the refill in even after speaking with Dr. Garcia. They don’t care about patients here! If they did, they would give him the medication he needs in a timely manner. He is losing his sight because they have not done what needs to be done to treat his sickness.
Terrible service from office staff. Noone doing much other than sitting around laughing. Office manager only offers hand full of excuses rather than solutions. Whole dept needs training and supervision. Office lacks accountability and needs hippa privacy training.
