I had a positive experience with Dr. Ghattas; he was kind, though the visit felt rushed. However, I have significant concerns about the billing department. I was charged for a "comprehensive" visit despite spending less than 10 minutes with the doctor, as he asked me to complete labs and return for a follow-up to go over the results and have a comprehensive exam at that time.
