I had some heart issues a few years ago and Dr Ghattas wanted to refer me to one of their cardiologist to establish myself as a patient. I met with the cardiologist for about 5 minutes and told him my related medical history. I then get a bill for over $400 as my insurance does not cover this type of visit. $400 for literally nothing. I had no real reason to make the appointment and only went at the suggestion of the doctor as the new cardiologist was closer and more convenient. What a total scam. I had a positive experience with Dr. Ghattas; he was kind, though the visit felt rushed. However, I have significant concerns about the billing department. I was charged for a "comprehensive" visit despite spending less than 10 minutes with the doctor, as he asked me to complete labs and return for a follow-up to go over the results and have a comprehensive exam at that time. Dr. Ghattas is an amazing doctor, Ihave been seeing him for years. He's quick, efficient, and very kind and understanding.
He’s a dr that really cares he sits down with you and hears you out and really try to fix the problem and not just give you meds
