I would not recommend using Abrazo Medical. I was billed $35 for a recent wellness visit that my insurance provider has always covered in full. When I contacted Abrazo’s billing department, they were unhelpful and unable to provide clear information, repeatedly stating that it was an insurance issue. However, after speaking directly with my insurance provider, I was told that the wellness visit is indeed fully covered. Repulsive customer service and predatory practices
Great staff, level of service and Dr Bal is the best!
Very unprofessional check in staff. On arrival everyone was assisting others or on the phone so we signed in. No one checked the clip board for 30min. Once they checked pt in pt was brought back within two minutes but staff continued bad mouthing pt loudly and denying what they had done. So offended. I will not be coming back and find a new doctor.
