This place is awful. Employees at the front desk are helpless and rude. I made an appointment 2 months ago. I show up and they say they called and canceled on the 20th. I looked at my phone and I have no phone calls register that day. How irresponsible in their part not to follow up with the cancelation. I took the day off work, and I have 2 hour drive.
This office was so welcoming when I had started to be seen here. I think some people are rude when they check in to these women here because they do t understand the way insurance works and then want to take it out on others who work here which is NOT cool. It’s not their fault. Anyways my doctor is very awesome. No complaints. I will continue to be seen here! Thank all of you for your hard work and welcoming me with open arms
Do not waste your time! You as the patients will be replaced with others if you are not the one seen. Horrible experience 10 out of 10 Worst experience. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
Worse experience ever I went in at 7pm with a really bad rash and they still have not seen me it’s now pass midnight and still on the waiting room other people before have left already
