Let me start by saying, Larry is absolutely AMAZING. He was a pleasure to work with on finding our home every single step of the way. 5 stars to him. After we actually purchased the home it has been HORRIBLE. Almost 2 months in and they still haven't fixed the things that we noted on our walk through/inspection. Then recently I was vacuuming a bedroom and saw the carpet sagging, went to inspect and they left a hole in my floor and just covered it up with carpet. I have no clue how that can even happen. I chose Abrazo for a few reasons. I appreciate the style and layout of their homes and the ability to choose my own upgrades including cabinets, tile, color palette etc. and because of Larry Stapp. He made the process so great with his weekly updates, many photos and constant availability! Even after I’ve moved in he has been a source of continuous service. I’ve purchased several homes over time and this buying experience has been, by far, the best!
