I recently had the opportunity to visit Abrazo Homes Assisted Living while participating in a balance tracking program, and I came away very impressed. The staff was incredibly welcoming, kind, and attentive—not only to me but, more importantly, to the residents. It was clear they genuinely care about providing a positive and supportive environment. The location itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere that truly feels like home. It’s easy to see the pride the team takes in... read more
We spent about 9 months from when we first met Larry to when we closed on our new home. We came to Rio Rancho to look at several different builders last year and Larry stepped in at our scheduled viewing for Abrazo. He took the time to show us around and discuss the different layouts that were available. He knew we weren’t ready to make a purchase just yet but he took the time over the next months to nurture the relationship. He would send emails occasionally to say hi or wish us a happy holiday so when we were ready I reach... read more

We saw our first Abrazo Home last year. We admired the craftsmanship and the detailed layout so much! We considered other brands, but none of them offered the same combination of price and value as Abrazo. So, we kept coming back. We met Adam then. Even though he didn’t know when we would be ready to buy, he patiently took time to show us the available model homes in different locations when we visited from out of state. He gave us premium customer service from the beginning and took the time to answer any questions we had! ... read more
I highly recommend Abrazo Homes as your chosen builder whether you are building from dirt or buying quick move in. We're a new homeowner, we built from ground up, and got the opportunity to be a part of a team that cares about your vision and future for your own house. Shoutout to Larry Stapp, Singer, and, Rebekah for everything that you all do! Some pointers to definitely consider: - Research before you commit - even to just inquire - to be prepared. We were a little bit surprised to learn that first visits and inquiries ... read more
