Your billing office’s system is terrible. Your automated system calls me to request that I return your call. When I return your call none of the prompts fit the scenario of returning a call so it’s up to me to take a guess which department to direct the call to. I’ve been told to ignore my bill until the claim is finalized with insurance, this has been ongoing for about 3 years.
Oh, you can't put zero stars. Horrible place, do not go! Staff doesn't care about you. I was there for over four hours to treat a broken finger/hand was offered nothing for pain, and made to sit in misery. After going there, I had to go to a different urgent care where they couldn't believe the treatment I received. I have since tried to reach out only to be given the run around, I just need a number to corporate!

They ruined my life by taking my hand away. puncturing a vein and killing a nerve. They cost me everything. Home, job AND THE ABILITY TO WORK. They don’t care. They will not give me a copy of my medical records either.
