Do better. Staff is disorganized and unprofessional to patients and even amongst themselves. We’ve been waiting for this appointment after hearing about a brain tumor.While this news may be a daily occurrence for this facility, it may be difficult news to your patients. They hadn’t prepared for our appointment by pulling up relevant tests. Then they were dismissive and rude when we explained thats the reason we came. Staff made several errors on my ambulatory note. Details may not matter to this staff, but they matter to the FAA. Caused MAJOR delays in my work. "I'll call you back," seems to be the common answer from the reception team. Absolutely outrageous disregard for other people's lives.

Terrible provider. They Cancelled my appointment that I scheduled 2 month in advance and pushed it back several weeks. Fast forward to the week of the newly scheduled appt, I called to check in the day before to make sure my insurance was good to be told it had been cancelled again and that I couldn’t be scheduled for 3-4 months. This place called me to reschedule my initial appointment on three separate occasions, always making me wait at least another month. Not a good practice for someone who just got a brain MRI done and might have brain cancer. Avoid.
