They cancelled my appointment incorrectly after seeing Dr Saks for 3 years. There was confusion over insurance ppos. Either way I got screwed. Dr Saks was great. Jenny or Jasmine cancelled me. Raised my stress levels unnecessarily. Took hours of holding to try and correct. Dr Ted would be ashamed.
