RecommendedKim and Pat are so wonderful. We have 2 pugs, 1 is handicapped, and they are so amazing with them both. The girls always look fabulous and smell so good when we pick them up. We have found a groomer that treats our girls well and does a wonderful job. So happy we found them.
I’ve taken all my dogs here, & I have never had a problem! They always take good care of them & give them baths before I pick them up!! Love this place!!
We have been taking our lab to Abraxas for years. They make our dog feel part of their family. They are friendly staff, clean environment, and genuinely care for our dog and family. They have accommodated us on every visit via be last minute boarding or day care or long term stays.
So love this Pet Resort!! Have used it for years and years and years!! Since my son was a little boy and loved to go see Farmer Joan (1 of the owners). I have watched this place grow from a small boarding place to the a maxing place they have created.
I took my cat to get groomed and they trimmed one side of his whiskers. The grooming was not also done very well, especially for an outlandish $90+ dollars. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

We are very sorry you were upset with your cat's grooming. We wish you would have contacted us and allowed us to try and make things right with you. Even friendly cats are not easy to groom and accidents like clipping off whiskers do sometimes happen.
I bring my goldendoodle to Abraxas daily for daycare. My dog is my baby and I never thought I could trust her with someone else. Now my sweet girl gets so excited when we make the turn to go to daycare. She can't wait to jump out of the car. Friendly and knowledgeable staff make sure my girl is happy, taken care of, and best of all worn out from playing when I come to get her. I would highly recommend Abraxas pet resort to anyone who wants someone to love and take care of their pet like I do!!!
We used them once for our 4 month old puppy and they did a good job. I called after arriving at our destination to make sure he was ok because it was our first time apart. They were super nice and said he was fine. They let us know he did awesome at pickup. Called again for services and they told me they could not take him due to "aggression towards one of the handlers or being too difficult " - that for life they can no longer take him.
