Front desk person is very loud and abrasive. She must be hard of hearing. Rushes through interface with customers and cuts you off. Doesn't listen. Needs some coaching and training on customer contact. Dr. A is very professional and personable as is the rest of the staff. I am giving them 2 stars due to the front desk.
They are every helpful and care about there Patients. Thank you.
Rude secretary, hangs up before I have finished talking. Actual dentist is a pleasant guy, he is a delight working with, sadly if I had another Benzie option I would for the un pleasant experience I have had with trying to make appointments.
A+++++ Dr. Abramson and staff!!! My daughter had severe tooth pain and Dr. Abramson's staff was able to fit her in right away and treat her. Great dentist and great office. I would highly recommend to anyone needing dental services.
