1st appointment: My husband waited 3 months for an appointment only to have it postponed another month, the doctor was busy and didn't really explain anything. 2nd time: Iron infusion people were excellent and very caring (only reason for 2 stars) 3rd Appointment: Scheduled for labs at 630. Doctor didn't even order the labs despite confirming to me via message that a BMP was included in labs he ordered. After waiting over an hour the lady at the lab said "It happens". Ok so fix it. No matter which department you go to, the staff is always pleasant, helpful and courteous. Very nice experience.
This facility kept us waiting 2 and a half hours for a four hour treatment. And the next appointment they forgot to pre certify the procedure. Good doctors, lousy scheduling and procedural policies-one hand doesn't know what the other is doing. We have had cancer twice and dealt with two other health networks - this one is not managed very well. How good is treatment if it takes insanely long, or money delays to get it?
