No matter which department you go to, the staff is always pleasant, helpful and courteous. Very nice experience.
This facility kept us waiting 2 and a half hours for a four hour treatment. And the next appointment they forgot to pre certify the procedure. Good doctors, lousy scheduling and procedural policies-one hand doesn't know what the other is doing. We have had cancer twice and dealt with two other health networks - this one is not managed very well. How good is treatment if it takes insanely long, or money delays to get it?
