I was down to the wire in finding a place that met my requirements. Found them online and set up a tour. I met with Hannah who was absolutely Amazing. She made the walkthrough very natural and not stuffy. I loved the esthetics and location, and of course the Amenities 🙂. Down to my final decision making I spoke with Lynval over the phone. I relocated from Florida and lived in this complex for a year while looking for a house to purchase. Our experience has been terrible on several fronts. The apartment itself is marketed as higher end, but it is not. It is dated and dirty. The bathroom sinks and tubs are painted with spray paint. The painters dripped paint all over the tile floors.
