If I could give Abram's Run a -0, I would. Before moving in, I made it very clear to Lyval, one of the leasing agents, that I had a deep fear of rodents. I specifically asked if there had been any pest issues. He assured me the property had been rodent-free for over a year and that the building I’d be living in had no problems.
