I am writing this review after living in the unit for eight months. Based on my experience, I would not recommend it for families. The condition of the apartment at move-in was not satisfactory. The kitchen cabinets had a plastic wrapping that was peeling off. I reported this to the leasing office with photos on the move-in checklist, but I was informed that this is standard for these units. I have not been very diligent about writing reviews. But this year, I'm going to write one a week so everyone is recognized for the work they do to make this a pleasant place to live. After I choose an apartment , sign my lease and move in, the people I count on most is the maintenance team. I don't want to deal with things falling apart, appliances not working etc. and I do not want to wait around for days to get something repaired. That's why I sold my home. We had a pleasant stay here in Abrams Run apartments from 2023-2025. We liked the apartments here and never had any issues reaching out to leasing office or the maintenance staff. They were friendly and provided quick help in handling the maintenance issues . Very close to King of Prussia mall, Wava, Home Depot, Walmart and other stores. Had to move out due to job relocation otherwise would have continued here for more time. Based on my experience, would definitely recommend to someone who wants to move in here.
Run my credit two times, in two different occasions know my credit score is 756 and apparently my credit is not good enough to qualify, and then I did ask for a letter wondering I can’t qualify and the reason in the letter are in blank, this is a joke. A wasted of time, they are going to treat you super nice and then try to negociate with you, now I have them sending me email with months free, don’t rent here.
