SCAM ALERT! This company is definitely a scam. They won't let you see a rental property until you have applied on their website, which costs $50 per adult. When renting as a big plural family you need a big house and will have multiple adults. My household has 4 in which most do not make 2.5x the rent, I am the only one that does. BEWARE!!! If you are thinking about using this company to manage your property....RUN the other way. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a property management company. They NEVER inspect the home once a tenant is placed there. We used them for 6 years while stationed overseas and came back to a home that has been destroyed. HORRIBLE COMPANY! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR HOME OR YOU AS HOMEOWNER! THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE RENTERS! As a homeowner I trusted them to manage my property and rent it out for me. Which they did rent it out. Ok. Cool. They did that part of their job. However. They do NOT respond to 90% of emails, they do NOT call you back when they say they will, they do NOT follow their own lease with the owner and will approve repairs at any cost claiming "it needed to be done" when in your agreement you have a set limit where anything a... read more
Stay away from this company! I made the terrible mistake of getting them as my property manager in Virginia Beach, VA 23456. They make it seem that you work for them! Do not follow your instructions regarding your OWN home! They do not do any inspections of the home throughout the year! They do not have any maintenance schedule like most of the property management companies in the area. Big mistake if you are out of town, and they take advantage of this by cutting all electronic communication. You have been warned.
