I can't say enough good things about Dr. West-ky and his office staff. Dr. West-Ky takes his time and explains, listens and advices with compassion and clarity. The office staff follows-up with the messages sent thru the portal as well as the calls; they will always do their best to handle requests quickly. Looking thru the negative reviews I cannot agree with the comments. If I could give 0 stars I would for the worst customer service and non professionalism ever. I had to wait over 6 months for an apt. I was 23 minutes late and the Dr left the office for the day. How often do patients wait for doctors for whatever reasons?! Then I had to wait another 2 1/2 months to get another apt. I told the receptionist that was ridiculous to wait over 8 months for an apt and that I was going to post a review of my experience.
