The nurses and front desk staff were amazing—very efficient, courteous, and helpful with scheduling and follow-ups. Overall, I felt well taken care of and confident in the quality of care I received.

I've been seeing Dr Abrams for the past 15 years, has practice has evolved a lot over these last 15 years. The only male person that works there is Dr Abrams, all the rest are female nurse practitioners and one Physician's assistant. Overall, Dr Abrams is extremely responsive, he adheres to the Hippocratic oath, when many Physicians do not do so in this day and age. So I have telemed appointment this morning at 1030. I'm in the virtual waiting room since 1019. Cant use my phone for anything else. At 1115 I call the office to sed whats going on ( had to call 8 times b4 they answer) to see if they're gonna attend this zoom call. Receptionist says she's gonna call the RN to see what's going on, and call me back... At 1140, I call again. Receptionist answer's after many attempts on my part. I had an appointment and they have no record of it. The front desk canceled another appointment that I had saying that I canceled it which I did not their customer service is very unsatisfactory.
