I have received excellent care from Dr. Abrams and her staff for over 10 years.
I went to see Dr. Lori Abrams as I am currently in menopause. After seeing several different GYN physicians over the past 6 years, I feel that Dr. Lori Abrams is the only physician that has listened to me and actually helped me! I felt that I was her only patient and was not rushed or brushed off. She is AMAZING! For the first time in 6 years of menopause, I am getting real relief!

I like Dr. Abrams professionalism and cautious approach. My big complaint is that she has blown me off THREE times in a TWO month period, cancelling appointments. The result was that I could not complete my annual checkups before going away for 5 months over the summer.
I find Dr Abrams a good listener, diagnostician, and communicator. What time after arriving in office less than 5 minutes and about the same in the exam room. I find all staff and doctor pleasant and helpful. Easy to schedule an appointment. Also easy ask questions by phone. Office was upfront about annual exam and fact that Medicare only covers every two years
I've only had one visit..the information-gathering was comprehensive the patient portal online etc...all state-of-the-art. Dr A took her time with me never made me feel rushed.. and seemed focused on me and my issues . the staff was friendly and professional, the office, well the office is exquisite. From the minute you open the front door. my previous gynecologist 20 yr relationship is a hard act to follow, I do hope that my future visits will be as sattisfying as this first one
I have had several appointments at this office in the past 7 months and each time I found the doctor or nurse practitioner and all the other staff with whom I interacted in person or on the telephone to be very pleasant, polite, and helpful in answering my questions. Sometimes I have been taken immediately when I walked into the office and other times I have had to wait only 5-10 minutes. I am very pleased with the medical care and attention I have received here.
Be aware that the 24mos.Women's GYN exam that was fully covered by medicare in the past is no longer covered completely--they stick in an annual exam which is charged at 175.80 and all I saw was Dr. Abrams assistant. Nothing different from 2 years ago. SO DO NOT OK OPTION D. The pelvic and breast exam were put in with only a 38.40 charge... Very unhappy--going to another group.
Dr Abrams always takes all the time I need with her and answers my questions thoroughly. She is knowledgeable and pleasant. Wait times are short and support staff very efficient.
