If I could give ten stars I would. Interacting with the Abrams team is phenomenal. A huge shoutout to Dr. Polhamus who took time outside of working hours to see me with a quasi-serious eye situation. Her kind and cheery personality just added positivity to what was an otherwise stressful situation. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and professional and quickly determined my steps of care moving forward. Thank you!!!

Lady at the front was so incredibly rude it made me never want to walk back into the office again. Sad as I have been a long time patient here. Couldn’t believe it.
The lady at the front desk was rude/passive aggressive to me and made me feel belittled. My appointment was never approved and I never got an email, text message, or phone call to confirm that with me. I then called back to express my concern, and Katie at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. I was excited to begin my eye care journey at Abram’s but am sad to have to look elsewhere. That conversation left me feeling dumb and belittled.
