We moved to Nashville last summer and we called Abram to make a plan to buy a house. We have 3 kids and wanted a bigger house. He was very knowledgeable and helped us qualify for a loan. He bought us a new construction house and we are very happy with it. He was very passionate and wanted to make sure we find a good fit for us and the kids. He is more than an agent. Great guy!!
A friend connected us with Abram, we had specific requirements for what we were looking for. Abram was awesome. He always made the time to show us houses and accommodate our schedule. He is very knowledgeable and respectful. We closed last week and it had been a great experience plus he negotiated 25k lower than the asking price and the lender appraised it 80k over the purchase price.
