If I could give 0 stars I would! THEY HAVE BEEN STEALING MONEY FROM ME! I am so disgusted upon learning this today! I went in today knowing that I have a balance about 168 and I asked to pay off my balance for my ortho! I could not believe these ppl were calculating my balance with their phones which immediately raised a red flag! I asked why were they using their phones to calculate balances!
