Abrahams Roofing and Tree Trimming trimmed back 5 trees in my yard (2 of which are very close to my house) and replaced plastic roof vents that were causing leaks into the attic, as well as the remaining plastic vents on the roof, which were on their way to causing problems. ****** approached me to discuss a potential roof issue that could lead to a damaging water leak. Our Sun City roof is original and 11 yrs old. The original install included plastic ( cheap ) roof vents that had decayed in the sun over time. A neighbor had water damage due to a failed vent seal. ****** recommended replacing the plastic vents with metal. We needed a fascia board and gutter repaired / replaced. He follows through with all of his tasks and keeps you informed throughout the entire process. He even sent pictures of the process as I was out of town. *** is a man if his word!
