This business is absolutely unprofessional. I ordered flowers through 1800flowers and the business owner stupidly left a voicemail on the recipients phone number and ruined the surprise. I try to call 4-5 times the day it happened and no answer. Call the next day and whoever picked up the phone tries absolutely NOTHING to fix the problem.
