Their mistakes are your problem Because this is the closest cry cleaners to my house, I have given this place three tries, and all three times there have been problems. The owner is rude and unapologiteic when he makes a mistake. Twice he has found a small defect in an item of clothing after I drop off the order, and then just not cleaned my entire order.This last time I left a coat for tailoring - I had a lining replaced, and it came back missing to buttons - on the pockets.
