On June 14th, I had an appointment with a physician assistant (as it seems nearly impossible to see an actual doctor at this particular practice) to check on a recurring cyst. During the visit, the PA opted to administer a steroid injection into the cyst. Unfortunately, despite giving it a few days, the pain and discomfort caused by the cyst remained unchanged. Horrible service and very unorganized. We made an appointment 2 months in advance for micro needling and waiting 1 hour on the day of the appointment, just to be told that the doctor wasn’t told this was a micro needling appointment and he wasn’t prepared to do it. They wouldn’t even reschedule the appointment for another 2 months !!!

As others have noted, the doctors are fine, but the receptionists are total garbage. The latter neglected to file my prescription with my provider and I when I tried to calling to find out what the deal was, I then discovered that they close very early on Friday afternoons, to only be open the following Monday. This ain't Tylenol that I'm looking to get filled; absolutely irresponsible behavior from so-called medical professionals.
