Ridiculous! They denied seeing me as a new patient because I go to another gastroenterologist I am not happy with. They refused to see me because it does not serve their purpose, they care more about their policy rather than caring for a patient. Will be circulating this review everywhere else I can. Totally disappointed. A doctor and his staff who does not have a patients best interest at heart is worth nothing!!! Dr. Panossian is the BEST. He is knowledgeable, caring, communicates so well, listens to the patient's concerns and follows through with treatment deemed appropriate. I am thrilled beyond expectations. I have a chronic condition that my prior gastroenterologists shrugged their shoulders at and sent me on my way. Thank you, Dr. Panossian...my condition has begun to improve already! I feel "heard"!
